Nanami Takaki

She has made various sweets. For example, chocolate cake, cheesecake, pudding, puffs, etc. They are very delicious. She wants us to introduce a recommended cake shop. I know a delicious cake shop and would like to introduce it to her.

 

Haruka Tajima

  She talked about the types of cakes. Cakes include sponge cakes, chocolate cakes, and pies. Examples of sponge cakes are shortcake, Mont Blanc, Bush de Noel and chiffon cake. Examples of chocolate cakes are gateau chocolate, brownies and sachertorte. Examples of pies are clafoutis, apple pie and millefeuille.

 

Rina Aoki

  She loves cheese so much that she talked about cheesecake. There are many types of cheesecake. Rare cheesecake, Baked cheesecake, Souffle cheesecake, Basque cheesecake, New York cheesecake, Cheese tart, etc. She taught us the ingredients and how to make them.

 

Maharo Sugimoto

She talked about tarts. She taught us about the origin and type of tarts. It was interesting to hear that Tarte Tatin, a type of tart, was born from a failed work by a French woman. Also, egg tart, which is a type of tart, tastes like pudding.

 

Ayana usui

  She talked about Bush Donoel. Bush Donoel is often eaten at Christmas. Noel means Christmas and Bush means tree. To make it, apply cream to the roll cake and use a fork to make a wooden pattern. Powdered sugar looks like snow.

 

Yu Tomiyama

  She talked about Christmas pudding. Christmas pudding is made one month before Christmas. When we eat it, we ignite it and burn it. People enjoy putting coins, buttons and rings in pudding. Her story was very interesting because I first learned about Christmas pudding.

 

Rina Tatae

  She talked about her favorite cake. She likes shortcakes, souffle cheesecakes and Mont Blanc. They all looked delicious. I like shortcakes, so I want her to tell me which shops to recommend. I also like cakes so I would like to share information with her.

 

Narumi Toya

  She talked a lot of information about the cake. She used to read a book called "Pastry Chef Contest" about her relationship with cake. Some cakes represent the forest. The sponge contains cocoa. Creams and fruits represent trees and leaves.

 

Yuki Fukuyama

  She talked about cheesecake. Baked cheesecake is made by baking in the oven. New York cheesecake puts water in the oven together. Rare cheesecake is made without the use of an oven. Souffle cheesecake has a fluffy texture. Basque cheesecake is baked at high temperatures.

 

Yu Shigemasa

  She talked about OPERA. The OPERA is made with the motif of the opera house in Paris. The golden decoration on the cake represents the golden object of the opera house. She also said she likes chocolate cake in Joyfull.

    You talked look the audience. Therefore, it was a good impression for them. Moreover, It was easy to understand because you were pointing at PowerPoint and talking. I thought that speaking a little louder would make the audience easier to hear and your presentation better.

    The slideshow you made was cute and perfect for the cake theme. The loudness of the voice was also appropriate and it was easy to hear. You had an introduction that attracted everyone's interest.

    It was easy to hear because you were talking while looking at the listener and you use many jestures. And, your PowerPoint was very easy to read.

    I think your presentation would be better if you speak with inflection.
