Japan. Ishikari Nabe is famous in Hokkaido, Kiritanpo Nabe in Akita Prefecture,
Akakara Nabe in Akita Prefecture, and Motsunabe in Fukuoka Prefecture.
Arisa Hayashi
She talked about Imoni. Imoni is a
traditional dish in Yamagata prefecture. A festival about Imoni is held once a
year. Imoni can also be eaten as a retort food.
Rina Kawabata
She talked about the history of hot pots.
In Japan, meat has been added as an ingredient in hot pots since the Meiji era.
It's called sukiyaki. She also talked about the types of pots.
Mutumi Matuda
She first introduced her pot. It was cute.
She also said she likes kimchi pots because she likes spicy food. She said the
chicken dumplings are also simple and delicious.
Makana Nishiyama
She talked about Korean hot pot. Jjigae is
very famous in Korea. There are various types of jjigae. There are Sundubu
Jjigae, Budae Jjigae and Jeongol. Jeongol is sukiyaki in Japan.
Honoka Kohama
She talked about the millefeuille pot. It
wasn't until she heard her presentation that I knew that millefeuille pots were
easy to make. Ponzu and sesame sauce go well with the millefeuille pot. Cheese
and tomatoes may be added as an arrangement.
I thougt the content was very easy to understand because you used gesture while doing speech. It was also easy to understand your English because you were speaking slowly and fluentry.

返信削除I thought that you should make more eye contact with your audience. This is a problem because without eye contact, audience may feel unilateral. One way to fix this problem is that you talk without script. If you do that, you are able to make eye contact with your audience.
